It's Here:  Pottery Barn Rustic Glass Pendant!

I think I am in love... with this Rustic Glass Pendant from Pottery Barn.  It is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures!!

I mean seriously... look at that big gorgeous piece of glass!!  It's huge, it's heavy and I can't take my eyes off of it.

It came in the mail yesterday to my surprise - I wasn't expecting it until Saturday.  So, today I bribed my father in law with a steak dinner to help me install it.  So out came the out ceiling fan (that I had spray painted from brass to oil rubbed bronze).  And in went this beauty.




Once it was up, I also had to install a hook in the ceiling since the fixture outlet wasn't centered over the table.  So I found the center, knocked an anchored hook up there and wrapped the cord over it.

Then viola!!

Here's a night shot (no filters).

I used a 60 watt Edison bulb which gives the dining area a nice warm glow (as opposed to a harsh bright light).  

It looks so much more sleek and open without that big hunky ceiling fan (that was broken!).  Here's a day shot to give you another view.
